The influence of motor skills on the short sprint results

چکیده

Background and Study Aim. The curriculum of physical education in high schools is based on learning motor skills, as well their development sports sections, where the 100-meter sprint dominates. aim study was to determine influence skills 100 m running results.
 Material Methods. research conducted a sample 80 school students Novi Pazar Kraljevo, aged 16 17 years (± 6 months). 12 variables were used assess three each: explosive power, segmental speed, repetitive flexibility (standing long jump), triple jump, five jumps. For estimating speed: foot tapping, hand tapping wall. assessment power: lifting torso Swedish bench, mixed pull-ups, squats. To flexibility: deep bench press, twine, stick twist.
 Results. Results obtained confirm that there positive results at level (p=.000). sprints are statistically significantly dependent manifest speed power. Variables wall tapping) have significant effect criterion variable sprint.
 Conclusions. Recommendation future researchers would be conduct over longer period time with examining biomechanical factors success sprint, production force phase acceleration deceleration.
